At the roundtable, director of sales and marketing, Mary Ropp, discusses leadership with eight of the company’s most influential women. Each woman gives advice, tips, and shares personal stories from helping lead a growing, fast-paced business.
The discussion is directed at young women pursuing leadership roles in the mortgage industry. A transcript and video of the roundtable, along with several supporting blog posts will be spread across multiple during the month of March.
