Florida Citrus Country Back in Clearwater Where Orange Blossom Groves Originated
Clearwater, FL (PRWEB) February 08, 2015 -- Florida Citrus Country, a local favorite, is now located at 301 S Belcher Road, Clearwater, FL 33765. Dempsey Lee and his wife, Tina took over the old Orange Blossom Groves in 2011, after Mr. Repetto, the Orange Blossom Grove’s previous owner requested the Lee Family be his successor and rightly so, as the Lee Family has been in the Florida citrus industry for over eighty years. The name was then changed to Florida Citrus Country.
“There are not many family-owned citrus stores that have the history that our family does. My husband is third generation in citrus and has only ever worked in citrus. We proudly pick our fruit fresh every week and carry so many of the favorites of old Florida,” said owner, Tina Lee.
Not only are they family-owned and operated, but their store manager, April Groth has also been in the industry for years, working previously for Mr. Repetto since the beginning of her career.
