Fluid Sunwear Makes a Splash at Memphis Fashion Week
Galveston, TX (PRWEB) March 27, 2014 -- Swimsuit anatomy lies draped across the factory floor, models waiting impatiently to get last minute alterations for their swimwear before the big week. Fluid Sunwear, the clothing line that makes swimwear to fit women; not swimwear for women to fit into, is gearing up for two big events, a spot on the runway of Memphis Fashion Week, March 29th, and it’s feature story in May’s edition of The Coast magazine. “I feel that this will be a very good time for Fluid. This will give our line a lot of publicity.” Says Megan Turnbow, CEO and founder of Fluid Sunwear.
Memphis Fashion Week is an event that brings together local stylists, photographers, and models to show off local talent, set in a space that showcases Memphis’s beauty and charm. On Friday, March 28th four designers will show at Annesdale Mansion, and Saturday night Fluid and three other designers will be showing at General DeWitt Spain Airport. There will be an after-party for those who wish to meet and greet the designers and models after each night of showing.
Fluid has also marked down its sunwear 30% to celebrate their appearance on the runways of Memphis Fashion Week. This sale is for a short time only, lasting until Fluid’s anniversary on April 6th. “I want everyone to share in our excitement for this exciting time in Fluid’s growth!” CEO Turnbow adds, “We would like to show our gratitude to our supporters and those who have followed us along our exciting journey.”
