Food Entrepreneur Cesar Quintero Releases First Book, Sharing His Recipe for Success in the Constantly Shifting Restaurant Industry

Not only were Quintero’s team and systems able to deliver a consistent product, but the company’s Gross Profit improved by 16% and Net Profit tripled within one year.
Over time, the systems evolved into a software platform, Fit2Go DS, which restaurants could run on the cloud to measure key performance areas and track results and trends. The program has been a huge key to evaluating and leveraging the most current shifts in the food industry.
