Chef Galit Aboodi, who graduated at the top of her class at the French Culinary Institute, will show attendees how to prepare a healthy, vegetarian menu (including bite-sized appetizers) in the state-of-the-art cooking school facility.

Preparing creative and flavorful vegetarian meals can be a challenge for the uninitiated, and frustrating when you are serving vegetarian guests. Galit will broaden your horizons, and show you how it can be done. In the process, you might find yourself preparing more vegetarian meals on a regular basis.

The interactive personal finance lesson, focusing on credit scores, will be lead by Mark S. Germain, Certified Financial Planner TM - Beacon’s Founder and CEO. “Understanding how credit scores are established, what they mean and how you can influence your score is a basic part of taking charge of your finances,” according to Germain.
