For Fifth Consecutive Year Jacobs Law Group Attorneys Recognized in Super Lawyers Magazine
Philadelphia, PA (PRWEB) June 16, 2015 -- Jacobs Law Group is proud to announce that five of its attorneys have been acknowledged in the 2015 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Magazine. Neal Jacobs, Heather Herrington, Joshua Gelman, Christopher Wagner, and Gene Linkmeyer each demonstrated exceptional professionalism and quality of work amongst their peers. Every year lawyers in each state nominate top colleagues to be considered by Super Lawyers Magazine. After a patented multiphase selection process, no more than 5% of attorneys in the state are chosen to the Super Lawyers list and no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less are chosen to the Rising Stars list.
Firm Founder and Litigation Department Chair Neal Jacobs has been included on the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list for five consecutive years. Mr. Jacobs is widely noted for his skills in handling shareholder disputes and business divorce issues involving closely held companies.
Assistant Litigation Department Chair Heather Herrington was selected to the Pennsylvania Rising Stars list in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014. This year marks her graduation to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list. Ms. Herrington focuses on complex commercial and civil litigation, in addition to labor and employment issues.
For the fifth time, Joshua Gelman has been honored by being selected to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list. Joshua Gelman has been named to the Super Lawyers list in 2014 and 2015 and to the Rising Stars list for 2010, 2011, and 2012. Mr. Gelman is an experienced business attorney focusing on commercial litigation, employment law, corporate and transactional matters.
Christopher Wagner has been selected to the Pennsylvania Rising Stars list for the third time, having also been selected in 2010 and 2014. Mr. Wagner uses his accounting and financial experience to provide a more analytical approach to business transactions and commercial litigation.
Gene Linkmeyer has also been included on this year’s Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list, reflecting recognition of his decades of quality work in arbitration, commercial litigation and labor and employment law. Mr. Linkmeyer has been published in important law volumes such as The Employment Law Manual for Wisconsin Employers, and currently teaches at the Widener University's Legal Education Institute.
