Anyone — an assembly worker, the CEO, a customer, vendor or someone who admires the company from afar — can nominate any organization. To enter, a company must agree to provide email access to each of its employees or to distribute surveys and return envelopes. At least 35 percent of a company’s employees must respond to the survey to qualify; employees remain anonymous throughout the process.
