Former OpenTable Executive Joins Compeat’s Board Bringing a Wealth of Restaurant Industry Experience
Austin, TX (PRWEB) April 19, 2017 -- Compeat Restaurant Management Software announces the appointment of Mike Xenakis, former OpenTable executive, to its Board of Directors.

Mike brings to Compeat over 17 years of restaurant technology experience with various executive roles at OpenTable, Inc., the world's leading provider of online restaurant reservations and part of The Priceline Group. Mike served as Senior Vice President of Product Management and most recently Managing Director of Europe. He was also part of the executive team that took the company public in 2009 and ultimately sold to the Priceline Group in 2014.
Prior to OpenTable, Inc. he served at The Clorox Company and for six years as an officer in the U.S. Air Force and held the position of captain. During his military career, he served as a flight commander at the 6931 Electronic Security Squadron in Crete, Greece and as an intelligence staff officer at the National Security Agency in Washington DC. While stationed in Washington DC, he was selected to represent the Air Force as a White House military social aide.
Mike holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. He currently works part time as an adjunct lecturer of finance for the Kellogg Graduate School of Management and serves as an advisor to Knock Rentals and M Restaurants.
