Former Peirce College CIO Christopher Duffy Joins Strategic BCP®
Plymouth Meeting, PA (PRWEB) July 24, 2014 -- Strategic BCP®, a team of business continuity planning (BCP) and management specialists, announced today that Chris Duffy has joined the company as Chief Innovation Officer (CIO) and Vice President (VP) of Consulting Services.
With more than 25 years of experience in information technology (IT) management and IT disaster recovery (DR), business impact analysis (BIA), and the development and creation of business continuity (BC) plans, Duffy will be responsible for providing executive and IT expertise to clients and developing and enhancing products and services around IT DR / Data Center and General IT best practices.
Most recently a senior consultant with the City of Philadelphia where he correlated incident responses to Service Provider contract performance metrics, he was also an enterprise consultant for Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (in Florida), the New Jersey State Motor Vehicle Commission, and the South Carolina Department of Education. Prior to that, Duffy was the CIO for Peirce College in Philadelphia, where he provided institution-wide IT services and strategies that contributed to the success of the college—more specifically he maximized technology in learning, teaching, and research for faculty and students, as well as within administrative settings for staff.
