Fort Myers Tony Sacco's Coal Oven Pizza Restaurant Now Open
Fort Myers, Florida (PRWEB) January 13, 2015 -- Tony Sacco’s Coal Oven Pizza announces the reopening of the Park Plaza location in Fort Myers, Florida. The Tony Sacco’s restaurant has been revived with a Notre Dame and Chicago sports theme, with a new owner and management team, and a fresh take on customer service.
With more than 20 years experience in the restaurant industry, Tim Zentz, the new owner of the Tony Sacco’s at the Park Plaza location, knows just what it takes to provide both great food and an outstanding customer experience. Previously, Tim ran Bonefish Grill in South Bend, IN for 12 years and was with Outback Steakhouse for 8 years.
In celebration of the re-opening, the Tony Sacco’s Fort Myers pizza restaurant is offering half off pizza every Thursday and other daily specials, as Mr. Zentz extends his personal invitation to loyal customers and all Fort Myers pizza aficionados to come meet the new team and enjoy the renowned Tony Sacco’s coal oven fare and the revived store decor.
Tim and his team have been diligently perfecting the coal oven method for the best coal oven pizza there is! The secret ingredient may be the custom built coal oven pizza that reaches temperatures of 1000F to quickly bake the perfect crust while leaving the toppings al dente. Or it may be the old family recipe! Or the fact that every item served is prepared fresh daily.
“The high temperature imparts a unique smoky flavor and bakes a wonderfully crispy crust and golden cheese that gives the Tony Saccos pizza its unique taste. This is the way pizza was made originally in 1905. It took a little relearning, but the end result is well worth it. We are starting with all fresh ingredients, everyday. There are no freezers, fryers, grills or microwave ovens at Tony Sacco’s. I’m confident our customers will appreciate the unique and fresh taste of this amazing pizza,” said Tim Zentz, the new owner.
“My favorite menu item are Rotolis! I could eat them at every meal. You haven’t properly experienced a Tony Sacco’s meal without having Rotolis. They are just perfectly delicious - and our customers seem to agree. We serve them with fresh marinara sauce and olive oil, fresh garlic and fresh basil chiffonade - a meal in itself. But also try our fresh salads or oven baked sandwiches, they are as delicious as they sound," added Tim.
The unique and tasty offerings, full bar, a comfortable environment, friendly staff, and a proactive management style has helped the Tony Sacco’s franchise to quickly expand to thirteen locations in five states. But getting involved in the local community is another reason this growing pizzeria is successful.
“We don’t want to just serve you delicious, fresh food. We want to embrace our customers and our community and be an active member of what makes our pizza restaurant and Ft Myers unique and memorable.” said Tim Zentz, the location manager.
