After graduating, Ryan undertook two more years of training at the post-doctorate level at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio (UTHSCSA). Dr Ryan Knight is a member of the Spear Faculty Club, following his completion of the Frank Spear Mastery Continuum.
