COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. Evans, Gibson, and Frohnheiser are important individuals in the company’s ability to add new contact center and IVR services.
The company also launched several partnership initiatives with leading companies like Genesys, Cyara and Data 102. In August, Forty 7 Ronin held a joint online event focused on CX and IVR optimization with Cyara, the market-leading provider of an omnichannel discovery, testing and monitoring SaaS platform. Attendees learned how to provide a great customer experience (CX), delivered quickly, across all channels, including IVRs, web, chat and email.
In mid-2017, Forty 7 Ronin announced its launch of the IVR Performance Tuning QuickStart Service. The QuickStart transcription and tuning services help improve business results; lower operating costs; and defer system replacement. In August, the company launched its new JumpStart Program on the Genesys AppFoundry – a newly available online marketplace focused on customer experience solutions. The JumpStart Program provides highly experienced developer support to help companies set up a working Genesys lab environment that can be used to test applications, set up a mock environment, practice for certification tests, and more.
