Norman, Okla. (PRWEB) April 30, 2014 -- Professional Builder Magazine awarded Richard Foster, managing member of Oklahoma-based homebuilder Foster Signature Homes, as a top professional under 40 years old.

The magazine’s editors select 40 accomplished builders under the age of 40 on an annual basis.
