Foundation Financial Group Presents Wilson Q1 Timothy Brosier Diamond Award
Jacksonville, FL (PRWEB) July 10, 2013 -- Foundation Financial Group employees from across the country awarded Jonathan Scott Wilson the Timothy Brosier Diamond Award for outstanding service during the first quarter of 2013.
“Winning this award means that the people surrounding me notice and appreciate my work,” said Wilson, who was referred to as the epitome of a southern gentleman by coworkers. “I am humbled by all of the nominations and incredibly grateful. FFG has given me the opportunity to grow in my field, and I will not let anyone down. If you are willing to work hard, FFG will recognize it and reward you. ”
Each quarter, Foundation Financial Group honors an employee for maintaining a positive attitude while delivering exceptional service that extends beyond the call of duty. Foundation Financial employees nominate their colleagues for the Timothy Brosier Diamond Award throughout the quarter, and the FFG executive team then reviews all nominations and selects a winner. Timothy Brosier Diamond Award winners are given a trophy and a significant personal gift, which can range from luxury spa treatments to home improvements.
“Tim Brosier passed shortly before I began working at FFG,” continued Wilson, whose back porch will be screened in courtesy of FFG for his personal gift. “Everything that I have heard about Brosier makes me wish I could have worked with him. He sounds like a great guy who made life more fun for everyone. Receiving the Timothy Brosier Diamond Award is truly an honor.”
The Timothy Brosier Diamond Award is a tribute to the legacy of Timothy Brosier, a Foundation Financial Group employee who worked in the company’s Savannah, Georgia Regional Sales Center before he passed away from cancer in late October 2010. Although Brosier was only an FFG employee for four months, he touched many lives through his energy, humor and uncanny ability to encourage others with his no-excuses attitude. Brosier, a native of Beloit, Wisconsin, played football and baseball at Beloit Memorial High School and later served in both the U.S. Army and the National Guard.
The Timothy Brosier Diamond Award is one of several ways Foundation Financial Group expresses its commitment to its employees. The TBDA illustrates why the corporation has received recognition for its workplace environment. FFG’s employee enrichment programs and human resource practices earned the corporation the distinction of being a 2012 National Best and Brightest Companies to Work For.
