Fountain Valley Fit Body Boot Camp, Fitness Center, Invites Community to Share in One-Year Anniversary Celebration Event
Fountain Valley, CA (PRWEB) June 03, 2014 -- One year ago, Fountain Valley Fit Body Boot Camp owners Sam and Zenia Joyner opened their new fitness boot camp franchise with the goal of becoming a vital part of the local community. Now they’re inviting everyone in the area to help them celebrate their one-year anniversary with a special celebration.
“We’re hoping to see not only our Fit Body Boot Camp members but also local businesses and families who may not know about Fountain Valley Fit Body Boot Camp or even what a fitness boot camp actually is,” says Sam Joyner.
Last year, the Joyners, who were Fit Body Boot Camp members at another location, realized their dream of opening their own location in Fountain Valley. “We love this community and we absolutely love what we do,” says Zenia. “Our lives were so changed by our membership in FBBC and we knew that opening our own location would be an incredible way to share our passion for whole-family fitness in a community that we know and care about.”
That care for the Fountain Valley community has been the driving force behind both the fitness boot camp’s success and its involvement in local non-profit and charity organizations.
“We’ve been privileged to be able to support some very important organizations,” says Sam. “For example, our grand opening event to benefit Colette’s Children’s Home, which supports homeless women and children here in the area.”
“Reaching out to local non-profits is really just an extension of what we do here at Fountain Valley Fit Body Boot Camp, fitness center,” adds Zenia. “Our business is about helping people and families to live richer, fuller and healthier lives through maximum health and reaching out to the less fortunate members of our community isn’t much different.”
For the fitness center’s one-year anniversary, the Fountain Valley Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a Ribbon-Cutting Event on Wednesday, June 18, 2014. The celebration will take place from 5:30pm to 7:30 pm at the boot camp’s location at 16560 Harbor Blvd., Suite D. Fountain Valley
The event is free and will provide opportunities for networking with members of the local business community and learning about some special offers from Fountain Valley Fit Body.
“This community has helped us to be a huge success and to make our clients huge successes, as well,” says Sam. “We want to say ‘thank you’ and also reach out to neighbors we don’t know yet.”
