Franchise Lawyer Harold Kestenbaum to Speak at 2015 International Franchise Expo
EAST MEADOW, NY (PRWEB) June 15, 2015 -- HLK, PC is excited to announced that its firm owner, Harold Kestenbaum, will be sharing his expertise at the International Franchise Expo in New York City on June 18-20, 2015.
An award-winning lawyer specializing in the franchise industry, Harold has helped hundreds of franchises of all sizes. He is the author of the first book dedicated to entrepreneurs who want to franchise his/her business called So You Want to Franchise Your Business, and a regular contributor to franchise trade media such as Blue MauMau. In addition, Harold is a member of a number of legal associations related to franchising.
Participants of the sessions will walk away with pragmatic advice on key issues in developing a franchise. One session will deal with the franchise disclosure document (FDD); a second will dive into franchise litigation; and a third will focus on maximizing relationships with franchisees. Harold’s presentations will be in conjunction with Dave Hood, president of iFranchise Group, on Thursday at 11:30am, Friday at 3:30pm, and Saturday at 12:30pm.
The 2015 International Franchise Expo will be held June 18-20th at the Javits Center in New York City and will attract thousands of franchise professionals and entrepreneurs, with more than 450 of the top franchises represented on the trade show floor.
