Francisco Angulo Elected 2014 Residential President of MIAMI Association of REALTORS, Announcing the 2014 MIAMI Residential Board of Governors
Miami, Florida (PRWEB) February 17, 2014 -- The Miami Association of REALTORS, the largest local Realtor association in the nation, has elected as its 2014 Residential President Francisco Angulo, ABR, CIPS, CRB, CRS, GRI, TRC, and e-Pro®, Coldwell Banker. He and the entire Board of Directors were installed recently at MIAMI’s Annual Inaugural and Awards Luncheon. The Residential Board of the MIAMI Association of REALTORS is dedicated to leadership in the industry, the real estate profession, and the communities it serves. MIAMI residential leaders impact key policy decisions and important issues affecting the residential real estate industry, analyze information, are actively and visibly involved in events and programming, and promote Miami and South Florida worldwide. The association represents over 31,000 residential, commercial, and international real estate professionals.
A native of Venezuela, Angulo has been a local resident since 1988 and a Realtor since 1994. He holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration and Accounting from Andres Bello University in Caracas, Venezuela. His residential sales and management experience have provided the expertise he needs to assist his clients and lead his associates as managing broker of Coldwell Banker Coconut Grove.
The international market is a huge focus for Angulo, as he has traveled worldwide and is the Regional Coordinator for South America for the National Association of Realtors (NAR). He is also past president’s liaison for NAR. He speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese and understands some Italian.
Angulo is a firm believer in education and holds seven industry designations and certifications, the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), and Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI), Transnational Referral Certification (TRC), and e-Pro®.
He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Realtors, Asian Real Estate Association of America, National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, and National Association of Real Estate Brokers.
Angulo understands the value of community involvement and proudly supports Coldwell Banker Cares Foundation, University of Miami Clinical Research Unit, and Children’s Diagnostic & Treatment Center among other charities in Miami-Dade County. He is also an Ambassador for International Solidarity for Human Rights, promoting the 30 articles of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
