Frazier & Deeter Named a Top CPA Firm for Women
Atlanta, Georgia (PRWEB) June 07, 2017 -- Frazier & Deeter has been named a 2017 Best Public Accounting Firm for Women as the result of a study of firms across the United States. The list is compiled annually by the Accounting MOVE Project, a joint effort cosponsored by the Accounting & Financial Women’s Alliance (AFWA) and the American Woman's Society of Certified Public Accountants (ASWCPA). Frazier & Deeter was also named to the list of Top Firms for Women in 2016 and was recognized for Leadership Equity in 2015 and 2016.
The MOVE Project is the profession’s only annual benchmark of the status of women in the leadership pipeline of public accounting firms. The Accounting MOVE Project evaluates CPA firms across the U.S. based on the percentage of women in leadership roles of various levels. The MOVE methodology indexes the proportion of women in the leadership pipeline to the proportion of women employees.

The list of Best Public Accounting Firms for Women recognizes firms that have demonstrated three characteristics:

• clear and compelling integration of the business case for advancing women with business results.
Frazier & Deeter was well above the norm, with females representing 32% of partners and principals.
In addition to supporting the careers of women within the firm, Frazier & Deeter has a Women Business Leadership program, which recently marked its 7th anniversary. The FD Women Business Leadership program offers women business owners and senior executives support designed to help grow their businesses, such as live events, entrepreneur mentoring and digital content regarding leadership and other topics of interest to women executives.
