San Mateo, Calif. (PRWEB) January 14, 2016 -- Freedom Financial Network (FFN), the nation’s largest negotiator of consumer debt, has exceeded $1 billion in amount of debt negotiated for clients in a calendar year.
Reporting 2015 year-end results, FFN reached $1.09 billion in debt negotiations for the year. This represents a 25.6 percent increase over the previous year. The results equate to negotiating $2.98 million of debt each day throughout the year, or almost $124,273 per hour.
During 2015, FFN negotiated resolutions on 206,632 individual creditor accounts – up nearly 32 percent over 2014. The company negotiated the resolutions on behalf of 79,148 clients, an increase of almost 23 percent over the prior year.
For the fourth quarter of 2015, FFN negotiated $289.6 million across 55,600 individual creditor accounts. Those figures represent increases of 9.2 percent over the previous quarter. FFN negotiated settlements for 35,172 clients in the fourth quarter, up 7.3 percent over the third quarter.
“These results solidify Freedom Financial Network’s position as the clear leader in providing innovative financial solutions that empower people to get out of debt and transform their financial lives,” says Andrew Housser, the company’s co-founder and CEO. “Although the financial recovery of the last several years has benefited a subset of the U.S. population, the need for FFN’s services continues to climb.”
FFN is a consumer credit advocate that negotiates directly with creditors on consumers’ behalf to resolve debt balances. Offering an alternative to credit counseling, debt consolidation and bankruptcy, the company’s debt relief program helps clients resolve their unsecured debt, often in 24 to 48 months.
