Freezerworks to Host Upcoming Training Camp for Customers
Mountlake Terrace, WA (PRWEB) August 21, 2015 -- Freezerworks will hold its popular Training Camps this October to familiarize its customers with all aspects of configuring and operating its sample management, tracking and freezer inventory program. This will be the first Training Camp to include the new features of the Freezerworks 2015 upgrade.
"We hold these camps regularly to give customers training on the basics of Freezerworks. This fall we are focusing on the 2015 release and the new features we’ve added to the different editions," says Rick Michels, VP for Marketing.
The first Training Camp, to be held from October 7 through October 9, will educate customers on Freezerworks' high-end Summit Edition, Michels says. This camp will take place at the Denver Microtek, located at 999 18th Street, Suite 300, South Tower, Denver, CO 80202.
The second camp will take place from October 21 through October 23 at the Orlando Microtek, located at 2145 Metrocenter Boulevard, Suite 150, Orlando, FL 32835. This event will cover the Ascent Edition and Base Edition.
Michels says these two separate events are needed given the multi-faceted approach Freezerworks is currently taking with its upgrades.
"We’re in the process of doing multiple upgrades right now, which is why we're holding two separate events for this autumn's Training Camp," Michels says. "Customers should attend the event based on the upgrade edition they've chosen for the Freezerworks 2015 release."
The Training Camps enhance the support and training customers receive from the company's Customer Care Program (CCP). First-time purchasers of Freezerworks receive one year of technical support under the company's Customer Care Program, Michels explains. This program offers comprehensive support, maintenance, upgrades, diagnostics and assistance at no extra cost for the first year. Owners have the option of renewing CCP annually.
Cost to attend a camp is $2,000, with a 30% discount for any additional attendees from the organization.
"We notice that those customers who take part in a Training Camp tend to do the best job configuring Freezerworks for their institution," said Andrew Michels, who manages the Freezerworks Support department. "To get the very best value in utilizing Freezerworks, we strongly encourage one or two key personnel attend a training camp. We also believe learning best happens in teams, so we offer discounts for those who send multiple personnel," he explained.
