Santos, who lives in Tampa, Florida is a fourth-generation paint contractor with over 40 years of experience in interior/exterior painting and home improvement education. In addition to hosting packed seminars across the country, authoring several best-selling books, and appearing on television to share his expertise, Santos himself started a painting business which he grew to a highly successful venture. He will be sharing his understanding of the industry, application expertise, and insight into growing a more profitable business. He can do it for franchisees because he has done it himself.
“My goal as the director of education is not to teach franchisees how to paint, but rather how to successfully run and scale a painting business”, says Santos. “I’ll be speaking regularly with owners one-on-one, but I also plan to take the lead in developing systems and procedures that can be used by each owner as they need them.
