Fresh To Order Fires Up Menu with Bison Burgers
Atlanta, Georgia (PRWEB) July 25, 2014 -- With the summer heat comes burger season, which oftentimes conflicts with keeping in shape for swimsuit season. For Fresh To Order (f2o) guests, enjoying the new bison burger is the best of both worlds. Once a limited time offer, the bison burger will be a tasty option for summertime and beyond for only $10.90, served with a salad and fresh toppings.
Made with fresh ground bison, dried cherries and a few trade secrets; served with baby field greens, horseradish aioli and caramelized onions, the burger clocks in at fewer than 600 calories. Guests can watch as their burgers and more are cooked "fresh to order" on a flame grill in the open-display kitchen.
"By adding the bison burger to our lineup of better for you burgers, which includes the healthful and flavor-packed black bean and tuna burgers, we're giving our guests another way to satisfy their burger cravings," said Jesse Gideon, Fresh To Order's COO and corporate chef. "Our burgers go beyond what you would typically expect, from both a nutritional profile and the bold flavor combinations."
For example, the ginger scallion tuna burger boasts horseradish aioli, Asian slaw, and baby field greens on a grilled whole wheat flat bread. Fresh To Order's black bean burger brings together avocado, house pickled jalapenos, lettuce, tomatoes, and corn relish and horseradish honey mustard in grilled whole wheat flat bread.
In addition to the permanent addition of the bison burger, the restaurant will introduce fresh, sweet peaches as part of its seasonal fruit rotation for its spinach salad. Hand selected by the Fresh To Order chefs, it includes dressing made-from-scratch, dried cherries, toasted almonds, fresh strawberries and domestic blue cheese crumbles.
"Changing seasonal fruits and vegetables like peaches give our dishes a quick fun update while taking advantage of the best quality ingredients out there," added Gideon.
The spinach salad is only one of Fresh To Order's line of "World Famous Salads," which also includes delicious twists on Caesar, Southwest, Mediterranean and Club varieties. Each is served with a freshly baked croissant and guests choose from an assortment of flame-grilled meats such as blackened chicken tenders, fresh salmon, locally sourced chicken breast, bourbon filet steak, seared tofu or blackened lime shrimp.
The restaurant's menu items can be enjoyed alongside a long list of craft beer and wine choices-from seasonal selections of Cabernet, Pinot Grigio to cider and fresh Sangrias.
This summer Fresh To Order will also serve up a sweet finish to every meal with the addition of two new desserts. Both the banana caramel icebox pie and strawberry lemonade pie will be available for a limited time. All the pies are made with all natural fresh ingredients and rotate seasonally.
Menu refreshes such as these help to keep Fresh To Order as the leader in the "fast fine" dining segment. By providing fine dining taste at a fast-casual price point families and food connoisseurs alike enjoy the quick service, ambiance and top quality meal choices.
