The 23" Front End Kit includes everything needed to bolt on a 23" wheel to a Harley Davidson without cutting the stock frame. Any Pickard USA custom wheel and fender style may be selected with the package. The 23" Front End Kit consists of 23" bolt on bagger triple trees, a 23" Pickard wheel, matching rotors, Tire, 23" fender, front lowering kit, and extended fork stops.
The 26" Front End Kit for Harley Baggers is almost identical with the exception the neck will need to be cut. Raking a Harley neck is now simpler with the new short neck technology. The next generation in Harley slip fit short necks for custom baggers is also available from Pickard USA which makes raking the neck on a Harley Bagger mush faster and easier.
