This collection of delicious, healthy dishes makes sure no one gets left out—it includes recipes for people with different dietary needs.
Gluten-Free Turkey & Gravy and Vegetarian Pot Pie with Cracked Pepper Biscuits are among the main dish recipes. Sides include Vegan Wheatberry Salad and Gluten-Free Cornbread Stuffing with Sautéed Leeks.

A recipe for Herbed Mashed Cauliflower with Root Vegetables is accompanied by a short video about an organic training center Frontier founded in Sri Lanka. It teaches farmers organic growing techniques that preserve the biodiversity of the region while maximizing their potential in the agriculture industry.
