Malvern, Pa (PRWEB) March 17, 2016 -- Frontline Technologies was presented with a Bronze Stevie® Award in the Customer Service Department of the Year category at the tenth annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.
The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top sales awards, business development awards, contact center awards, and customer service awards. The Stevie Awards organizes several of the world’s leading business awards shows including the prestigious American Business AwardsSM and International Business AwardsSM.
The awards were presented to honorees during a gala banquet on Friday, March 4 at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas. More than 500 executives from the U.S.A. and several other nations attended.
Thousands of nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition. Finalists were determined by the average scores of 115 professionals worldwide who acted as preliminary judges. More than 60 members of several specialized judging committees determined the Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award placements from among the Finalists during final judging earlier this month.

As one of 16 finalists in the Customer Service Department of the Year category, Frontline Technologies took home the bronze medal at the 2016 Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service. Excellence in service has been a core value for the company since its inception in 1998. Frontline also placed third in the People’s Choice Stevie Award for Favorite Customer Service. More than 27,000 votes were cast this year across all industries in the People’s Choice competition and Frontline was separated from first by just 118 votes in the Computer Software category.
