He is also an independent director on the board of World Gold Trust Services, the sponsor of the exchange traded fund “GLD.” Mr. Wolkoff has written opinion pieces for the Financial Times and The Wall Street Journal, and has been featured on the cover of Forbes Magazine for his efforts at the Amex. In 2010 he co-authored a peer-reviewed scholarly article in the Boston University Review of Banking and Financial Law on the "History of Regulation of Clearing in the Futures and Securities Markets and Its Impact on Competition.”
