FUND Conference 2017 Announced in Collaboration with Chicago Tribune Blue Sky Innovation
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) September 06, 2017 -- Venture Connects, in collaboration with Chicago Tribune Blue Sky Innovation, today announced its 3rd Annual FUND Conference, bridging the gap between early-stage investors and growing companies.
The event kicks off October 25th in downtown Chicago, followed by a full-day conference October 26th at VenueSIX10 on Michigan Avenue.
The conference will feature keynote speakers, fireside chats and panels hosted by Blue Sky Innovation. Topics will range from the current state of startup funding in the Midwest to artificial intelligence, millennial trends to the correlation between collegiate experience and entrepreneurial success.
Marianne Hudson, executive director of Angel Capital Association, will share her insight on the current state of startup funding as the keynote speaker on October 26. Michael Evans, co-founder of mobile food ordering giant GrubHub, is scheduled to share his journey leading to the recent launch of Fixer, the “right now” handyman service.
In addition, 100 early-stage companies will exhibit at FUND Conference’s Entrepreneur Expo. Participating businesses currently seek outside investments to propel their growth, innovation and profitability. Entrepreneurs may apply for consideration through September 15th.
