Galena LitFest Features New York Times Bestselling Author Heather Gudenkauf
Galena, IL (PRWEB) November 26, 2014 -- It's a festival with something for everybody when the Galena Litfest blasts off Jan. 17, 11 a.m.-5 p.m., at The DeSoto House Hotel in Galena, Ill. Vendors and exhibitors include local authors, book sellers, publishers and literary organizations. Presentations begin at 11:30 a.m. with Mary Potter Kenyon, author of "Break Into Publication by Writing Shorts."
At 1 p.m., enjoy a very special production of Shakespeare's "Macbeth" by the children of Galena, directed by Melissa McGuire. Next, New York Times bestselling author, Heather Gudenkauf will discuss her books and share the tale of her journey to becoming an author. A Q&A will follow her presentation, as well as a book signing.
Booksellers, publishers, book clubs, writers, writing groups and other literature-related groups are encouraged to participate.
