Ganley Honda Opens A New State-of-the-Art Showroom

The showroom also offers a customer lounge with comfortable furnishings, a wide-screen television and coffee and beverage service. Also, the new building features a children's play area and work tables for customer use. Approximately 45% larger than the Honda dealership's previous building, this new space allows for more room to serve customers and enables customers to more easily see the available inventory as they drive by.
"We don't look at this as just another beautiful building, it's also designed specifically for maintaining a higher volume of sales and service, while also maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction," said Ron Hazelton, the dealership's general manager. "It's a great opportunity for our dealership, but it's also a more pleasant experience for our customers." Although car sales have been flatlining across other parts of Ohio, Ganley Honda has seen a 24% increase in their sales volume. The dealership focuses on maintaining a large selection of vehicles while keeping prices low. In addition to the new building, the dealership has also acquired the retail space to its east and the apartment building to its west. Ganley Honda plans on clearing these spaces to create more parking for customers as well as increased inventory storage.
Decked out in an eye-catching blue and white color scheme, the building includes several green features such as LED lighting and water-conserving plumbing. The lights are also equipped with timers and motion sensors to prevent them from using energy needlessly. Also, the building has a storage area for rainwater runoff beneath it to prevent flooding. There are filtration devices connected to this storage area that clean the water before releasing it into the sewer system. These features were added to assist with the current issues that the City of North Olmsted is experiencing with its storm drains. The acquisition of additional property will also allow the dealership to expand their inventory of used vehicles. The bigger space accommodates three indoor service reception lanes and service advisors, reducing customer wait times.
