Gant Travel Announces New CIO, Jenni Murer
Bloomington, IN (PRWEB) September 02, 2015 -- Gant Travel Management today announced the appointment of Jenni Murer as Chief Information Officer. In this role, Ms. Murer will oversee the company’s innovation and application of technology used to create the perfect trip. Ms. Murer will report to Gant Travel’s Chief Executive Officer, Patrick Linnihan.

Since 2010, Ms. Murer has served as Vice President for Global Client Relations and Vice President of Professional Services at Cornerstone Information Systems. During her tenure at Cornerstone she earned a nomination for TechPoint’s TECH25 Award, a prestigious designation for individuals exclusively focused on the tech ecosystem in the state of Indiana.
Ms. Murer started her career in travel in 2000 at TRX, where she held various roles in the Account Management and Business Development teams. Prior to entering the travel industry, she worked in Division I collegiate athletic administration, at both the conference and university level. Ms. Murer is a 1993 graduate of Southern Methodist University where she studied Communications and French.
