Gary Kadi, CEO, NextLevel Practice, Marks 20 Years of Innovative, Team-Based Consulting
New York, NY (PRWEB) April 29, 2015 -- "Two decades can just fly by when you're having fun," says the characteristically exuberant Gary Kadi, Founder and CEO of NextLevel Practice, a New York-based company founded to educate and advocate on behalf of dentistry, dentists and their teams.
May 1, 2015, will mark the 20th anniversary of Kadi's work and leadership on behalf of aspiring entrepreneurs, small business owners and - of course - practitioners in the dental healthcare community.
Known for his positive contributions to the lives of dentists and dental teams across the U.S., Puerto Rico and the Bahamas, Kadi has been a devoted thought leader for the whole of the dental community for two decades.
"I sometimes joke that I barely staggered out of Rutgers University clutching a business degree," says Kadi. "But I am dead serious when I assert that my business and organizational-behavior expertise came from working with thousands of smart, successful small-business owners whom I interviewed, and from whom I learned best practices, during my early years in the business."
Based on the real-world knowledge he acquired, Kadi and his associates created NextLevel Practice, to implement the Complete Health Dentistry™ business model. In this new paradigm, Kadi asserts, healthcare teams willingly embrace and implement change, patients respect their treatment regimens and invest in their health, and "doctors begin to enjoy practicing the way they envisioned when they first graduated from dental school," he says.
Kadi promoted this message widely through his book, Million Dollar Dentistry, which is now distributed in 37 countries. He expanded and deepened these themes in his subsequent two books, Raise Your HDL: Healthy Deserve Level, and The Dentist: America's Unsung Healthcare Hero. He also took a major step toward mobilizing the Complete Health movement by producing Say Ahh, the world’s first documentary on oral health, distributed through his alliance with Partners in Complete Health.
Kadi's latest book, Stop the Bleeding, available in April 2015, is an expansion of this Oral-Systemic healthcare culture, based on the Straightforward Radical Common Sense™ approach, now geared toward his audiences in periodontal practice. The book is promoted as the first practice-management guide geared toward periodontology. "We are proud and excited to address the many concerns and issues unique to professionals in this field," says Kadi.
With a growing sphere of influence, NextLevel Practice and its partners have set the credible goal of educating 20,000 Complete Health Professionals, whose task will be to enable 30 million more people to lead healthier lives, all by the year 2020.
As a result of his successful 20-year career, Kadi has garnered a remarkable spectrum of awards and recognition, among these: Leader in Dental Consulting by Dentistry Today for the past 10 consecutive years and honorary board member of Alliance for Oral Health Across Borders. Also notable, NextLevel Practice, is listed as one of the 5000 Fastest-Growing Health Companies in 2014 by Inc.
