Gasparilla Music Festival Announces Travel Packages for 2015
Tampa, Florida (PRWEB) October 17, 2014 -- The Gasparilla Music Festival (“GMF”) announced this week that it will be offering travel packages for attendees to its fourth annual festival taking place March 7-8, 2015 in Tampa, Florida. The packages include weekend passes for the festival along with two nights’ accommodations in downtown Tampa.
“These travel packs are an incredible way to experience GMF and Tampa,” said Ty Rodriguez, GMF’s executive director. “The festival is just steps from the hotel which is right in the middle of our downtown’s growing cultural district and newly constructed Riverfront.”
GMF, which this week announced a sellout of its allotment of discounted “Early Bird” VIP tickets, saw a notable increase in attendees coming into Tampa from other states and staying for multiple days during its 2014 festival. Organizers partnered with CID Entertainment to create the travel packages to address the growing demand.
“We could see that we were tapping into the recent growth of cultural tourism and the long established popularity of spring break in Florida, but we also realized that there was more we could be offering in terms of customer service and ‘one-stop shopping’ to meet travel demands,” said Mr. Rodriguez. “So, naturally we went to CID who is the leader in this segment of the travel industry.”

About Gasparilla Music Festival
The Gasparilla Music Festival is a Florida non-profit 501(c)3 corporation that organizes a two day music festival in downtown Tampa each year during the second weekend of March.
