GCG Taps Industry Veteran to Lead Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives

(GCG), is pleased to announce that Shandarese Garr will assume the company’s newly-created position of vice president of diversity and inclusion. In this role, Garr will collaborate with GCG’s internal and external stakeholders to develop tools to enable innovation, performance and business growth.

2014 marks Garr’s 25th year with GCG. During that time she has served in pivotal roles, starting as a claims processor; advancing to ultimately lead the company’s class action team in its Lake Success, New York headquarters for more than a decade; managing GCG’s Midwest call and processing center in Dublin, Ohio; and managing the company’s Louisiana Operations Facility. Garr has been a member of GCG’s senior management team for over ten years.
