Gemba Academy Announces Two Additions to the Leadership Team

Steven Kane has joined Gemba Academy as Director of Sales and Marketing. Steve comes to the company with a deep knowledge of and experience with sales, Lean, and executive leadership. In his diverse career, he has been responsible for medical device sales in a large sales territory, as plant manager leveraging Lean to improve a manufacturing operation, and leading the Lean efforts at Specialty Silicone Fabricators as Vice President of Operations. Steve is on the board of directors of the west region of The Association for Manufacturing Excellence and has been involved with the Northern Michigan Lean Learning Consortium and the California Central Coast Lean Forum.
Holley Seifert has joined Gemba Academy as Business Manager. In this position she is responsible for executing, improving, and scaling the back office activities of the company. Holley has over fifteen years of experience with proposal generation, customer contract management, international sales, and production scheduling, most recently as Customer Care Manager of Specialty Silicone Fabricators.
