gen-E Presenting on Artificial Intelligence at TM Forum Digital Transformation World 2019
Leader in AIOps software and services shares insights on data validation and the impact on artificial intelligence at industry event.
DENVER, May 9, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- gen-E, a leading provider of AIOps solutions and services, today announced its participation in the TM Forum Digital Transformation World taking place May 14 – 16, 2019 at the Acropolis of Nice (France). TM Forum's flagship conference is dedicated to digital transformation, bringing together thousands of peers to explore the future of the industry and collaborate on solutions and opportunities. The event serves as a global industry association for digital business, connecting leading minds, leading companies, and diverse ecosystems to accelerate successful digital business transformation.
At the event, Charlie Hale, gen-E Technical Account Manager, and Danny Butler, Manager of Network Operations at Consolidated Communications, will be co-presenting a case study focused on the impact of data collection and management on artificial intelligence strategies. The session, 'Validating my data: Is it all useful?' will take place on Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at 11:15 AM in Agora Conference Room 4 in the Acropolis Center.
"In order to take advantage of all of the value that artificial intelligence and robotic process automation strategies offer, operators must first lay the foundational elements of data collection and organization," said Hale. "At gen-E, we help clients achieve truly significant AIOps by guiding them through the steps required to achieve impactful results. I'm excited to share some of our best practices and real world results."
For Consolidated, partnering with gen-E on its service assurance evolution was a strategic decision based on the company's extensive experience in this domain and its technology that was designed with current infrastructure in mind. "The volumes of telemetry data that we ingest from fault management and performance monitoring perspectives creates a significant amount of noise," said Butler. "As we work to make our service assurance and monitoring strategy more agile with a focus on automated remediation, it's critical that we have confidence in the integrity of our data, and I look forward to sharing our approach with the TM Forum audience."
In addition to the case study session, gen-E will be supporting the TM Forum 5G Riders on the Storm Catalyst as a participant in the project. The detailed use cases that will be presented in this catalyst help service providers planning similar real-life use cases, both from a high-level design perspective and from the technical aspects involved with the OSS & BSS systems that are required for these use cases. The catalyst will be focusing on extreme weather use cases and their practical impacts on the 5G network.
The executive team and subject matter experts from gen-E will be available throughout the event to outline strategies around digital transformation, AI/Machine Learning, and more.
