A year after the incident about the first Genesis Stone, Nathan Smythe looked at a new masterpiece. It was a second Genesis Stone. While his friends and relatives, including his late father, had thought there was only one Genesis Stone, there were two, but this time it was different. Nathan was learning the ancient language that appeared and disappeared randomly on the Genesis Stone. However, there were two pieces of this stone that was missing. Now, Nathan was driven by the same greed to find this stone, retrieve it and unleash a new beast to destroy the world. Will the Smythe family succeed this time, or will Nathan become the new god of the earth?
