A growing community of online parents is helping to change that. The Parent Exchange is a free forum where participants can remain anonymous to swap questions, advice, and stories—and no questions are off-limits.

Many times, there are questions and situations that moms and dads may find too embarrassing or uncomfortable to discuss with friends and family.
