(UST); Detroit (DTW); Minneapolis, Minn. (MSP); Charlotte, N.C. (CLT); Cincinnati (CVG); Memphis, Tenn. (MEM); Fort Lauderdale, Fla. (FLL); Orlando, Fla. (MCO); Fort Myers, Fla.
