The objective of this partnership is expanding the high-tech training offerings from GigaWave into the exploding field of Cyber Security. GigaWave has long been the leader in high-tech enterprise class WiFi training and now is excited to offer Cyber Security training thru the EC-Council.
EC-Council and GigaWave have partnered to provide exceptional Cyber Security training to the large customer base of network engineers that GigaWave has built in its 18 years of business. EC-Council certification programs are hands-on, vendor agnostic and are considered the tip of the spear when it comes to Offensive and Defensive Cybersecurity training and certification options. The Cyber range offered in the training allows students to immerse in hands-on live (non-simulated) scenarios with actual tools going after real targets in a sandboxed environment. This enables the students to be able to execute these skills outside the training room and in real world.

GigaWave literally wrote the book on wireless training for Cisco Systems. GigaWave was founded to provide all of the training for Aironet’s customers and resellers. When Cisco purchased Aironet , GigaWave continued to be the exclusive education provider for Cisco’s Aironet product line. This exclusive relationship continued until 2003. During this time, GigaWave wrote the initial course for performing site surveys using Cisco equipment which was eventually purchased by Cisco. GigaWave has also been involved in writing and maintaining all training materials for Cisco wireless over the last 18 years.
