Gilbane Building Company Announces Addition of Kevin Connolly to Chicago team
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) October 05, 2017 -- Gilbane Building Company is pleased to welcome Kevin Connolly as a senior manager of business development in our downtown Chicago office. Mr. Connolly brings with him a solid reputation in the AEC industry and over 10 years of experience in several markets including office, industrial, mixed-use, retail, hospitality and healthcare. Most recently, Mr. Connolly led preconstruction and business development efforts for his previous employer.
In his career to date, Kevin has worked for both construction companies and real estate developers and in a variety of roles including owner’s representative, preconstruction, business development/sales and project management. This diverse background will bolster Gilbane’s strategic efforts in the downtown Chicago market.

Mr. Connolly is a graduate of Northern Michigan University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. He is a member of the Internal Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the National Association of Industrial Office Properties (NAIOP). He is also a Commissioner for the Village of Barrington Architectural Review Commission and is on the Associate Board for the Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation.
