Gintzler Graphics' Increase in Productivity Due to New SRIs from A B Graphic International
Buffalo, NY (PRWEB) July 16, 2015 -- With superior tension control and the FleyeVision technology, Gintzler can now inspect products with the use of a vision system, which previously was done visually by the operator with the machines replaced by the SRIs.
The two Inspection Slitter Rewinders, manufactured at A B Graphic International’s German facility, were installed in April at Gintzler’s Buffalo location which immediately realized an increase in productivity and quality.

The SRI was specifically designed for high speed slitter inspection applications and includes a 100% print face inspection camera imbedded into the main machine control system. The FleyeVision system and SRI rewinder are manufactured at the same location, offering seamless integration and resulting in waste reduction.
