Girl Who Battled Cancer Designs Dress for Childhood Cancer Awareness Month

This year cancer warrior, Cami Carver, designed the new Childhood Cancer Awareness outfit with Persnickety Owner and Executive Director, Corrine Rickenbach. Watch the video that showcases the magic behind making clothing for a cause.
The proceeds from the sale of the clothing will benefit little Phoebe, another cancer fighter from Texas. Phoebe’s mom just happens to own a store that carries the Persnickety Clothing line. When Phoebe sees or wears this dress, she knows it was made for her with love by another precious cancer warrior. All in all, this experience has been life changing for a little girl that lost her hair, has battled more needles than most endure in a lifetime, and has taken more medicines than one can imagine. Millie’s life-long dream of being a fashion designer was fulfilled by Persnickety only weeks before her passing on June 18, 2013.
