Amarillo, TX (PRWEB) January 14, 2016 -- A lawsuit filed Wednesday in Winkler County, Texas, alleges that Randy Castillo, a former volunteer youth leader at Trinity Fellowship Church in Amarillo, Texas, sexually molested one of the church's minor female members. It also alleges that the church knew of the misconduct and failed to report it and also failed to stop it. The petition is file marked Cause No. DC16-16833 in the 109th District Court, Winkler County, Texas. The petition further alleges that shortly after meeting the minor Plaintiff at Trinity Church, Defendant Castillo began making inappropriate communications with the minor child The petition further alleges Defendant Castillo sexually molested the minor on numerous occasions.
The petition further alleges Trinity Church knew that Defendant Castillo had developed, at a minimum, questionable relationships with multiple young female Church attendees, and was given specific information about Castillo asking for pornographic nude photos of very young female children. The petition further alleges Trinity Church never reported the conduct. The petition further alleges Trinity Church continued to allow.
According to the petition, the plaintiffs are seeking $50 Million in both actual and punitive damages.
