Glenn Siegel and Chad Hastings named partners at personal injury law firm Lesser, Lesser, Landy & Smith, PLLC

After graduating from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale and becoming a member of the Florida Bar, Glenn Siegel came to work at Lesser & Lesser, P.A. (now Lesser, Lesser, Landy & Smith, PLLC), in the area of personal injury litigation. He left for a brief time to work on Personal Injury Protection (PIP) cases for Progressive Insurance. After Progressive, Glenn represented the plaintiffs, both health care providers and their patients directly, in the area of PIP litigation. In August of 2006, Glenn rejoined Lesser, Lesser, Landy & Smith, returning with his experience and skills in PIP litigation, and he is now Chair of the Firm’s PIP Litigation Department. Glenn has handled thousands of PIP cases over the years and has been featured as a guest lecturer for other attorney and community organizations. He has several published legal opinions involving various PIP issues. Glenn also continues to handle automobile negligence, premises liability, and general personal injury cases at the Firm. Glenn’s passion for helping our community is admirable. He is an active member of the Rotary Club of West Palm Beach, as well as an avid volunteer at Big Dog Ranch Animal Rescue.

Chad Hastings is a member of the Florida Bar and Georgia Bar Association and has been inducted into the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Since joining the Firm in 2007, Chad has represented injured clients and their families in auto negligence, premises liability cases, and related liability cases. He currently helps manage the Firm’s Stuart office and is the 2015-2016 Martin County Bar Association President.
