Global Exchange Growth Spurs Internal Structural Changes
Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania (PRWEB) December 20, 2015 -- Global Exchange Payment Solutions, a payments processing leader, and a division of Cambridge, announced today that due to growth, the operations department has experienced some positive changes and, eventually, new positions open for additions. These changes will not affect customer service rather they will make the Global Exchange experience even better for both new and existing customers.
James Condron, who has been the Accounts Payable Outsourcing Team Manager for eight years, has been promoted to managing the Payments Team. His new position responsibilities include: building and processing payments, building and approving new and updated beneficiaries, wiring investigations and managing Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable and Lines of Credit. Mr. Condron has been a loyal and competent employee in his former role, and the Global Exchange team looks forward to what he will bring to his new role.
Since James will move into the role of managing the Payments Team, his former role of Managing the Accounts Payable Outsourcing Team will be transitioned to Jon Jadlos, who has experienced great success as the Global Exchange Compliance Officer at Global Exchange for four years. In his new role, he will help ensure the account payable process is as efficient as possible for Global Exchange clients.
As a current member of the compliance team, Christopher Valotta will take over Jon Jadlos’ position as Compliance Officer at Global Exchange. In his new role, he will manage the compliance department and implement new procedural plans to ensure a seamless approval process for clients.
Finally, Daily Operations Coordinator, Adrianna Polimeni, will move into a full-time marketing role at Global Exchange. Adrianna was working part-time in marketing at Global, but because of the recent growth surge and her experience, the role has grown to a full-time position.
“We are thrilled to be in the position to promote talented employees within the organization,” said Global Exchange Managing Director, Frank N. Signorello. “Over the past years, we have seen a surge of business throughout the United States and beyond. As a result, we have had to restructure our business model, which has been very positive throughout the organization. We look forward to what this restructuring will bring about for both our current and future clients.”
