Cairo, Egypt (PRWEB) August 02, 2016 -- GlobalCitizen.group, an international platform allowing everyone to vote on the U.S. Presidential Election 2016, has today confirmed that it has officially launched its innovative new website with a crowdfunding campaign live on Indiegogo.
The brainchild of a peaceful Egyptian political protester, GlobalCitizen.group aims to give the entire world a voice ahead of voting on Tuesday, November 8th, 2016. Whoever the winner may be, the 45th President of the United States will be sworn in on the Inauguration Day on the steps of the U.S. Capitol Building in Washington D.C. on Friday, January 20th, 2017.
“The decisions taken by the President of the United States can have an impact on everyone worldwide. I believe that everybody should have the ability to express an opinion about the new President. Our website facilitates this meeting of minds,” asserted, Mohamed Saleh, B.Sc., Founder, GlobalCitizen.group. “To enable people all around the world who are online to express an opinion on global issues is crucial. I started this important project as a pilot with plans for an extensive range of other subjects for the public to vote on. The race for the White House is just the beginning. I am fascinated to gauge the mood of the people and to examine the statistics that we will gather in detail going forward.”
With a Degree in Civil Engineering, Mr. Saleh, is, this time, building a detailed online infrastructure through GlobalCitizen.group attracting a network of influencers and partners worldwide. The Founder was a peaceful protester in the famous standoffs in Tahrir Square in the heart of downtown Cairo when disturbances were seen around the world from the Middle Eastern capital city in 2011. The government was overthrown and he was inspired by a famous quote, “Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter,” Martin Luther King, Jr.
A gigantic 146,311,000 million people are registered to vote in the United States.
