With the integration, the selection and purchase process begins in the GOBI workflow, and orders are seamlessly pushed to Capita for review. Once approved, orders are automatically returned to GOBI for completion, and invoices are shared electronically via the Capita Gateway Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
