González Byass Announces New CEO And Manager Of González Byass USA, Nicolás Bertino
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) September 28, 2017 -- Jorge Grosse, CEO of González Byass, a family-owned producer of fine wines, Sherries and premium spirits, announced the appointment of Nicolás Bertino as CEO and Country Manager of wholly owned importer, González Byass USA. Bertino will strengthen the González Byass presence in the US by providing experienced leadership for the sales, marketing, and operations of González Byass USA, based in Chicago, IL.
Nicolás Bertino joined the González Byass team in 2008 as the International Sales Director of the company. He holds a Diploma in Business and Financial Studies from the École Supérieure de Commerce, Lille and a Master's Degree in Business Communication from the Toulouse Business School.

As the new CEO and Country Manager, Nicolás Bertino will report directly to Grosse and is charged with the objective of continuing to grow the company’s US presence. Nicolás explains, "The US wine and spirits market is very competitive with huge potential for our (the Gonzalez Byass) business. I'm very excited to accept the challenge of expanding our footprint in this critical market."
González Byass, a family-owned producer of fine wines, Sherries and premium spirits, acquired Chicago-based importer Vin Divino Ltd (now González Byass USA) in August of 2013. González Byass USA includes the González Byass portfolio, as well as wines from Italy, Austria, and France, and continues to grow. This acquisition has helped González Byass control its own distribution in a key international market, a fundamental strategy for the company.
