Mobile Growth Fellowship also announced that at least 40% of this year’s summit speakers will be women, making it the largest percentage of women speakers in the history of mobile-exclusive conferences. “We’re thrilled to see such a strong female presence among the speakers at this year’s Mobile Growth Summit,” said Aurelie Guerrieri, President of Women in Wireless, a non-profit corporation of 12,000+ entrepreneurs and senior executives dedicated to the support and development of female leaders in the mobile industry. “The Mobile Growth Fellowship continues to lead the mobile industry in progressive strategic thought, and this latest lineup of speakers sets a precedent for what we hope to see for the future of our industry as a whole.”
“The Mobile Growth Fellowship has had a great year,” said Dave Westin, co-founder and president of the Mobile Growth Fellowship. “In 2015 we saw more than 3,200 guests in attendance across our 17 different events, but we’re most excited to kick off 2016 with our second annual Mobile Growth Summit. We’ve continued to grow since last year, and I can say with confidence that the fellowship remains home to some of the best minds in mobile. We’re glad we can provide a forum for these brilliant executives and thought leaders to discuss the trends that are going to shape the mobile growth market in 2016 and beyond.”
“We applaud the Mobile Growth Fellowship for inviting such a large number of the amazingly successful women in mobile to speak at the summit,” said Lauren Feldman, the managing director of San Francisco and Silicon Valley for Girls in Tech. “So many organizations these days are proactively advocating for diversity in their executive teams, and the mission of Girls in Tech is to engage, educate and empower women who are passionate about technology.
