Gourmet Coffee Roaster Hits Delaware County in Central Indiana with a Fresh Brew
Eaton, Indiana (PRWEB) August 25, 2013 -- After years of study and travel to learn the craft, the roasters at “The crazy Cow Coffee Company” have come out with a technique and roasting skill sure to please coffee connoisseurs of all ages. The crazy cow vowed early on to perfect their roasting craft on each and every origin before releasing to the market.
The company is hitting the market place in the central Indiana area and is focusing their launch at targeted restaurants and coffee shops located in Fort Wayne, to Muncie, and on the Indianapolis area.
Patty Krickel one of the master roasters and an accomplished student of Mr. coffee himself Steve Diedrich had this to comment, “When you travel to Colombia or Costa Rica and truly understand and observe the intense labor and dedication that goes into every coffee bean before it hits US soil, one can only take great care in how the coffee is roasted. To mistreat or fail to be conscientious of all the dedication that went into each bean from all over the world is not just a mistake, but an insult to the entire world populations that dedicate their lives so we can enjoy the wondrous nectar from the gods”
Crazy Cow is also soon to introduce cold brewed coffee to the masses as explained by Clint one of the roasters at the cow, “If you truly want to enhance natural flavors with a silky smooth finish then cold brewing is the only way to go”.
The company admits they take a humorous view of each of their coffees with names like “Geeking for Costa Rican”, “Clinically depressed for Yirgacheffe and their special house blend “Double Caffeinated schizophrenia”
It’s all in good fun and they say it’s because their coffee is simply crazy good and with each roast you get optimal flavor and a cup of fun!
So grab your cups Indiana you’re in for a new brew!
